What is Cellara?

Cellara is Sommetry’s inventory-grounded wine assistant. At a partner restaurant it recommends from that venue’s real list and priorities, not a generic internet cellar. See What is Cellara?.

Does Cellara invent wines that are not on my list?

No. Venue-scoped Cellara is designed to recommend only from the supplied portfolio and to respect sold-out and priority signals.

How do restaurants set by-the-glass priorities?

Operators mark BTG pushes, bottle specials, and featured wines in Sommetry. Those priorities feed Cellara and server tools so the floor and the assistant stay aligned.

What do I get with a free wine program analysis?
